1. Roles
For account data, NewPR is the controller. For content you process through the platform, you are the controller and NewPR is the processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
2. Legal bases
- Contract: providing the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest: journalist contact data for professional outreach.
- Consent: marketing communication.
3. Data subject rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Write to privacy@newpr.ai; we respond within 30 days. Journalists can have their profile removed on request.
4. Transfers
Data is hosted in the EU. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. DPA
Enterprise customers can countersign our standard DPA. Request it at privacy@newpr.ai.
