1. What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company.
- Usage data: features used, searches run, pitches sent.
- Journalist and podcast data: professional contact information compiled from public sources.
2. How we use it
To run the service, improve it, and send you product communication you can opt out of. We do not sell personal data.
3. Journalist data
Profiles cover professional activity only: beat, outlet, published work, and professional contact details. Journalists can request review or removal at privacy@newpr.ai.
4. Processors
We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, analytics, and email delivery, each bound by data processing agreements.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of closure, except where law requires longer.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion requests: privacy@newpr.ai. We respond within 30 days.
